Description

Galileo Residence: Building in Progress

Presentation

Michael has decided to build a new mansion. While construction is ongoing and completion is expected by mid-October 2016, you can already visit the site and enjoy its two swimming pools! Meet near the Galileo Observatory of Los Santos! This project isn't quite finished, but I wanted to share it with a small scenario depicting the construction process. I plan to finalize it early next month.

Requirements

* ScriptHook V * ScriptHook V .NET * OpenIV * Map Builder * LAST Map Editor * gtamp-unlock-all-objects.asi (included in the archive) - only needed if Menyoo isn't installed

Files

GalileoMansion.xml ==> 1 pickup, 1149 objects, 4 vehicles, 7 peds, 4 markers, 9 worlds

Installation

Please read carefully to avoid bugs: Delete your InvalidObjects.ini (if present) from the GTAV/scripts folder.
  1. Download Galileo Mansion
  2. Download and install ScriptHook V, ScriptHook V .NET, and OpenIV.
  3. Install Map Builder by OmegaKingMods: - Download it and extract the archive (e.g., to your desktop). - Run OpenIV. - Go to "tools" and select "package Installer." - Navigate to Desktop/Map Builder Directory/Map builder 2E and select "MB2E.oiv," then select "install" and choose "mods folder," not "game folder." - Repeat step 4 with "Natural.oiv" located in Desktop/Map Builder Directory/Map builder 2E/DLC/Texture Packs.
  4. Stay in OpenIV and go to edit mode. Navigate to "mods/common.rpf/data/level/gta5" and replace "water.xml" with the one included in the archive.
  5. Install the LAST Map Editor by Guadmaz
  6. Copy GalileoMansion.xml from my archive to your GTA main folder.
  7. (Optional: If Menyoo isn't installed, copy gtamp-unlock-all-objects.asi from my archive into your GTAV main folder.)
  8. Launch GTAV, press F7 to open Map Editor, select "load map," "file chooser," and load GalileoMansion.xml.
  9. Have fun :)
