Freshly Settled Isle [Menyoo]
This modification introduces a new populated island near San Andreas, complete with roads, buildings, and a dock.

To utilize one of the boats at the dock, while in spooner mode, right-click on the desired boat and uncheck "Frozen in place".
To access the interior of the club building, download OpenAllInteriors by NewTheft.
Installation:
Drag the ISLAND.xml file to the following location: GTA 5 > menyooStuff > Spooner
