Franklin's Home Renovation Projects [Menyoo]

To use this mod, simply drag the XML file to ...\ Grand Theft Auto V \ menyooStuff \ Spooner. Then, open the menyoo menu and navigate to Spooner > Manage Saved Files. Search for the file name in the list.

This mod introduces a few changes to Franklin's House, including guards, a helipad, some cash and gold, additional lights, and other minor details.

Please note that some NPCs might appear stationary due to animation loading issues.
