This mod enhances the Franklin penthouse with additions visible in the screenshots.

Installation Instructions

1. Install ScriptHookV or your preferred trainer. 2. Download and install Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x64, x86, and Visual C ++ distributed to Visual Studio 2013 x64, x86. 3. Install the latest version of ScriptHookVDotNet, ensuring you meet its requirements. 4. Download the latest version of NativeUI from GTAForums. 5. Move all contents of the .rar file to your gta 5 directory. 6. Set up Map Editor in GTA 5. 7. Launch GTA 5 and press F7. Navigate to "download" and locate the provided .xml file.
