Franklin Builds a Helicopter Landing Pad

This mod enables you to have a helipad on Franklin's house. You will need Menyoo PC Trainer to install the helipad.

Instructions:

1. Open your game directory. Place the franklin.xml file into the menyoostuff/spponer folder.
2. Run GTA 5 and open Object Spooner. Open "Manage Saved Files", open the franklin file, and press "Load Placement". You will be teleported to a different location.
3. Go back to Franklin's house, and you will find the helipad there.

The mod includes a staircase near the backyard door that can take you to the rooftop.
