Franklin Automotive Repair

This is Franklin Car Repair, specifically created for my YouTube series "The Real Life of Franklin." In the game, auto service is Franklin's business, where he repairs and tunes cars. The location features a fully furnished room with an office and living space, along with three guards and an automatic gate. This building can be utilized for both gameplay and zombie apocalypse scenarios.

Steps:

1. Download and open the file.
2. Move the file to the root folder "FranklinService" in your GTA 5 game directory.
3. Enter the game, press F7, select "download," then choose "XML," "search," and enter the name of the map - FranklinService.
4. After loading the map, head to the lake (as shown in the screenshot).
