Here is Franklin's SP garage build. You can still use the inside garage for storage. These are the things that are included in the build:
* Mechanic work area with lifts
* A Dyno area to park on (Added straps to make it look tied down)
* Parts area
* A waiting room/hangout area
* Office
* Trophy cabinet in office
* Sliding gate for entrance to stairs and garage area
* Frank's name in lighting in front of the garage
You will need to purchase the five dollar tier for the (Standard and Creator Bundle) Definitely worth it for many props.
Included are all the maps in the file I have and use for all mods. I will be uploading the add-on to this map of Franklin's SP garage, just blended it all in. It was too many props so I have to do them separately.

The ymap is not tested so therefore not included as of right now.
To use this map, go to the GTAV folder menyoostuff spooner and drag the map into there.
