Forest Overgrowth

Running this mod on older computers may cause lag. Sandy Shores always felt visually unappealing to me, considering its lakeside location. To address this, I've added numerous trees along the roadsides throughout the town, simulating a government initiative to beautify the area with planting. While I experienced some lag (from 60fps to 40fps) on my GTX 960 at 2K resolution, it wasn't severe and only noticeable in the town center. Future plans include making the town feel more hopeful and revitalized by adding elements like construction workers demolishing dilapidated buildings. To install, download Map Editor and place 'Trees.XML' into your AutoloadMaps folder.
