[FiveM SP Add-on] Vespucci Beach Home

This project, the Vespucci Beach House MLO, began almost four months ago but was paused due to a lack of knowledge. It was restarted roughly two weeks ago and has reached its current stage through trial and error. While not the best MLO, it's a learning experience that will hopefully improve over time.

This MLO remains a free project, worked on in spare time as skills develop. Currently in a v1.0.0 stage, it has solid future plans. All updates will be free and available here.

- Custom building.

- Custom interior shell.

- Custom made doors.

- Remodelled exterior YDR to allow deck enxtension [Rooftop].

- Custom kitchen set.

- Balcony access.

- Garage access [front of house, on the highway side] with custom made garage door.

- Interior details such as dining tables, chairs, large bed, cumputer/PC area ETC. The only basic thing it is missing is a shower, but the ocean is p-ssing distance away. [I may add an actual shower in future update]

I plan to add more to this section of MLO, as well as slowly add more MLO's to the neighbouring buildings, each being done 1-by-1. Suggestions and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism are accepted.
