[FiveM MLO] Expand Dr. Friedlander's Office (SP Add-On)

This mod connects the entire building with the small section that is Dr. Friedlander's office, making it a completely enterable MLO.

Installation

1. Install OpenIV


2. Setup OpenIV for GTA5


3. Drag and drop the file inside the archive into the opened OpenIV window


4. Press install. Once finished, launch GTA5.

• 1 Garage
• 2 Bedrooms
• 2 Bathrooms
• 1 Living room
• 1 Office
• 1 Kitchen
• 2 Staircases (one leads up, the other down)
• Underground hallway
• A swimming pool area
• Wardrobe
• See-through windows from both inside and outside.

Custom Addon Radio Station

The MLO includes a built-in custom addon radio station that will only play songs provided by NoCopyrightSounds. Currently, it features 13 songs, with more to be added in future MLO updates. Because the music is from NCS, you won't need to turn off your music when entering this building while making a video, and this mod shouldn't get deleted due to copyright issues.

The radio was originally intended to only play inside the house, but I couldn't hide it from the Radio Wheel. Therefore, I had to add a custom icon for it.

Updates

Like any other MLO of mine, it will receive updates until it's in an exceptional state. Don't lose hope if you see missing curtains or a crack on the wall. Please let me know about game-breaking bugs on my Discord Server.
