FiveM Mansion Mod - "GJ's Estate" (Singleplayer & Multiplayer)

This mod takes an existing house next to Michael's home and turns it into a full mansion, great to go to when you're playing as someone other than Michael, Franklin or Trevor.

Installation

Install OpenIV

Click twice on the .OIV Installer package and it'll automatically install it for you, then launch the game and enjoy!

If you don't have file associations set in OpenIV, drag and drop the .oiv file into the OpenIV window.

• [1.01] [SP/FiveM] Added back modified building lodlights that covered the doors at night.
• [1.02] [SP/FiveM] Fixed issue with dlc.rpf loading models wrong, which resulted in no interior or collision.
• [1.03] [SP/FiveM] Added more furniture, added railings to stairs, added curtains to some windows, fixed majority of bugs, removed .ymap files that altered game data from the dlc and set .OIV to install them instead.

• [1.07][SP/FiveM] Reworked the whole exterior collision, reworked windows and walls, added more curtains, added daytime lighting, fixed huge lag caused by lights at 5:00 (For MSAA users), changed the texture of window glass, fixed black spot that appeared on the grass, Added Opening/Closing Garage Doors (do not feature sound), added door frames, resized First room stairs.
• [1.071][SP/FiveM] Fixed couple of collision issues.
• [1.072][SP/FiveM] Added see through windows for the outside too.
• [1.073][SP/FiveM] Added music to the house, more specifically self radio. You can now hear self radio from the outside.
• [1.101][SP][FiveM] Fixed problems with audio occlusion. Rain also now gets muffled when the door closes, music can be heard from the outside.
• [1.102][Fixes] Made so that rooms on the left in the main hall also made the radio go quiet.
• [1.103][Fixes][SP][FiveM] Fixed Bathroom mirror.
• [1.2] Rebuilt entire interior from the ground up via Sollumz/Blender. Converted window glass into breakable glass. Rebuilt entire staircase in the entrance area. Removed the wall from the second room staircase and added Hand rails. Fixed room not appearing in the reflections at kitchen. Fixed shadows flickering at night in the kitchen area. Added one extra couch to the second room on the right. Added an extra rug to the second room on the right. Added washing machines to Laundry room that didn't appear there due to an error. Fixed cars and peds being frozen when you enter the building.
