To install:

Download:
1) ScripthookV
2) ScipthookV.NET
3) Map Editor
4) Updated Object List for Map Editor
5) Object Spawn Unlocker version 1.0

To open the map:

1) Click F7 to open the map editor
2) Click Load Map
3) Search Hospital.xml
4) Wait while it is placed into the game
5) Enjoy!
