[FiveM Addon] Tequi-La-La Fight Club: Underground Boxing Arena

A friend asked me to create an underground boxing ring in the Tequilala, so I've made it available for everyone. Enjoy!
There's also a slight texture change to make the building a bit darker inside.

Singleplayer installation:

• Open your GTA V Installation folder and navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks". Drag and drop the "SP" folder into that location.
• Open OpenIV and navigate to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data". Open "dlclist.xml"
• Add the line "dlcpacks:/as_tequilala/"

FiveM installation:

• Copy this folder into your server's resources folder.
• Add "start as_tequilala" to your server.cfg.

Updates:

V1.2: Fixed the SP version.
V1.1: Fixed some glitchy props on a couch.
