Description
First Residence
I am an architect who enjoys GTA and I've downloaded many fantastic mods created by talented individuals. This mod is my way of giving back to the community for all the great downloads.
Please be kind with your feedback as this is my first mod ever! I typically use 3ds Max and AutoCAD for my designs, so I'm still learning the ropes in modding.
A big thank you to everyone involved on this website. I don't claim ownership of anything; I simply utilized a few software programs to assemble this house.
Softwares Used:
(Map Editor), (Object Spawn Unlocker) and all their respective requirements
Contents:
This RAR file should include the following folders:
- autoloadmaps
- Clips
- Combined Lists
- Versions
- Read me
Installation:
Before proceeding, you need to install:
A- (Map Editor)
B- "not too sure" (Object Spawn Unlocker)
To install the map, place the .xml file in your GTA V folder so that you can load it using the Map Editor. Personally, I store it in (C:\Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\Maps).
Method A: Drag the final.xml file into your directory.
Method B: Utilize the "autoloadmaps" file provided in your "script" folder for automatic loading upon game startup.
You can use the .ini files located in the "Combined Lists" folder.
Copy the "clips" folder to (C:\Users\User\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\videos\clips) to view some videos and pictures taken during construction.
Copy the "Versions" folder into your maps directory if you'd like to see a step-by-step progression of how I built the house.
If you have suggestions or can offer assistance, please don't hesitate. I only started learning about modding two weeks ago!
Disclaimer:
I do not claim ownership of anything created by others. All credit goes to the original creators!
I hope other modders will share their knowledge with me so that I can improve and develop further. Constructive criticism is always welcome!
Feel free to post your comments, and I'll do my best to respond.

P.S: I couldn't find all the items I needed, so I had to employ some "outside-the-box" thinking!
