FIB Tower - Illuminated 47th Floor

This mod brightens the 47th floor of the FIB Headquarters, which is usually dark and gloomy with a single flickering light. The mod uses streetlights adjusted for maximum transparency while remaining subtle. While the flickering effect remains, the room is now illuminated.

This is my first mod, so please be aware that there may be bugs. You will need Menyoo 2.0 to use this mod.

The agents pictured in the photo are IAA and do not spawn with the mod.

IMPORTANT: This mod works best at midnight, otherwise the lights will not turn on.

INSTALL: Place the .xml file into the 'Spooner' folder within your Menyoostuff folder. Then, load your game and use Object Spooner to load the placements. It SHOULD work. Please let me know if I am incorrect.
