Expansive Malibu Estate Mod [Menyoo]

NOTE: This is a modified version of an existing mod. Changes were made to enhance the environment and add more life to the scene.

Guards at the front gate smoking and hanging out
Guard at the front gate following a patrol route
Guard near the heli-pad following a route to the entrance
Guards at each hell-pad following a patrol route around the pad
Guard by the beach stairs/garage
Guard patrolling the second floor
Maid sleeping on a couch on the second floor
Guard and husky patrolling the beach by the dock
Two maids in the kitchen drinking coffee

Bright spotlight near the entrance (deemed too bright)
Floating trees and bushes near the entrance (removed due to unrealistic appearance)
All dock vehicles (removal prevented plane spawn bugs)
Approximately 5-6 guards in the driveway

Two helipads (as seen in the images) with helicopters and guards.
Armed security guards at the gate, driveway, and helipads (with animations & tasks).
An awesome dock where you can park your luxury boats and jet skis.
Added lighting and streetlights at the driveway and across the mansion.
Valets/servants at the entrance of the house and some inside, as well as a waiter.
Added beautiful trees at the main road around the entry gate.

HOW TO INSTALL

You must have the Malibu Mansion installed from a separate source. Copy and paste the .xml file into your Gta 5 main directory --> menyooStuff --> Spooner.

LOADING THE MOD

Launch the game, open Menyoo > go to object spooner > Manage saved files > malibu mansion plus.xml > load placements. MAKE SURE START TASKS IMMEDIATELY IS CHECKED
