Install:
Place "ped2024up.XML" or "old 2024up" in the Grand Theft Auto V Folder located at:C:\-Program Files (x86)-Steam-steamapps-common-Grand Theft Auto V
In game, open Map Editor, load map, and type "ped2024up" or "V1 2024up".
