Exclusive Coastal Retreat in Paleto Bay

This custom-built Luxury Townhouse in Paleto was meticulously crafted over several weeks to create a truly stunning residence. Located near the Paleto Police Station, this mansion boasts seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room, verandas with lift access, a games room, a multi-car garage and workshop, a high-ceiling gallery room, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

While not entirely complete, the townhouse will receive monthly updates, including new furnishings, additional props, building alterations, and extensions. These updates will be released alongside other upcoming map projects.

INSTALLATION:

For optimal results, install the mod through the MODS folder using OPENIV. Remember to set your grass settings to 'Normal' in-game, otherwise weeds may grow through the floors.

Alternatively, you can install the included XML file using Map Editor. Please note that this file contains only the UNFURNISHED version of the map and is not entirely complete.
