--------> How to Install

1. Download menyoo
2. Go to "Grand Theft Auto V/menyoo/Spooner". Drag "Safer Highway in Paleto Bay.xml" into the Spooner folder.
3. Enjoy! (:

Known Bugs: - Traffic may turn into one of the barriers if they're trying to get on a backroad at an intersection. (working on fixing it)

Features:- Turnouts for water drain access.
- Road signs to help navigate.
- Turnaround spots for emergency vehicles.
- Places for cops to run radar in the median.

Updates in v1.5:- Updated some barriers that deleted themselves.
