Enhanced Vespucci Navigation with Illuminated Highways

This mod enhances street, highway, building, and beach lighting in areas where Rockstar Games omitted them. It primarily focuses on illuminating beach paths, Vespucci highways and roads, and Del Perro. This is a significant improvement, and future updates will expand coverage to more roads and highways.

To install, first obtain the map editor by guadmaz along with all its dependencies. Then, drag the XML file into the main directory of Grand Theft Auto V. While in-game, press F7, select "load," then choose "XML." Finally, type "v+hl DevinKan" to load the mod.
