Enhanced Sandy Terrain Creation (Ymap | Map Editor)

This mod revitalizes the mundane Sandy Shores environment. Expect a lusher landscape with additional trees, a rental spot for water scooters, and a concealed meth lab. The mod also introduces a new car repair shop and a refurbished police station.
