Enhanced Home Design: Michael's Residence (OIV / Menyoo)

For those unfamiliar with the project, let me introduce you to the revamped Rockford Hills Mansion. This mod offers a complete makeover, providing everything you could desire: a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a garage capable of accommodating two vehicles, with additional space outdoors.

Requirements:

1. Menyoo: (Installation instructions provided separately)
2. ScriptHookV: (Installation instructions provided separately)
3. ScriptHookVDotNet: (Installation instructions provided separately)
4. OpenIV: (Installation instructions provided separately)

Installation:

• (Optional) For the textures: Install the OIV by clicking it... (Dragging and Dropping the OIV in OpenIV works too)
• For Menyoo: Go to your GTAV Directory.. Once in the Directory, Drag and Drop "houseimproved" in: menyooStuff / Spooner
• Once in-game. Open Menyoo, then go to: Object Spooner/ Manage Saved Files / houseimproved / Load Placements

For Backing-up Textures (A MUST THING):

Options:

1. a. Back-up your x64h.rpf before installing the OIV..
2. b. (Recommended) Copy x64h.rpf in your mods folder.. and choose the mods folder for installation in the OIV..
