Enhanced Greenery and Festive Decor for Rockford Hills City Hall (YMAP)

This mod adds trees and decorations near the government building.

Installation:

1. Unzip the file and copy the "Serpentine" folder into this root directory: mod\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2. Run OpenIV, enable Edit mode, and navigate to this path: mod\update\update.rpf\common\data Find "dlclist.xml", right-click it, and choose edit. Then add the following code into the list: dlcpacks:/Serpentine/
