DYNASTY8 Revamps and Builds at Vespucci Beach

SOMETHING MAY BUG, SOMETHING MAY MISS, ITS ALPHA

Hey, I decided to put the other map on hold for now as it had a lot of bugs and glitches. However, I am back with another map mod, this time at Vespucci Beach. I believe this location is one of the LEAST used spots for map mods of this type. I haven't seen anything like this yet.

This project will take some time because I also have school and don't play GTA every day. But here are a few ideas I have:

• Multi-story APARTMENT BUILDING in the area
• A better road to replace the sand

And much more! Keep in mind, this project just started a few days ago!
