Map Editor

After you have finished downloading the above modes

Place the "2 Lap Long Circuit.xml" file in

"Grand Theft Auto V - scripts"
If you don't have a "scripts" folder, create one.

To load the map in-game, press F7, then select "Load Map," followed by "Scripts" and finally "2 Lap Long Circuit.xml."
