Designated Combat-Free Area

For a peaceful experience, use a mod to disable pedestrians and vehicles. Download the map editor and place the .xml file in either the Scripts folder for manual loading in-game or the /scripts/autoloadmaps directory. Please excuse any shortcomings; this is my first map creation.
