This is a simple construction site located on high ground.

INSTALLATION

1. Extract the downloaded files. 2. Place the file inside the 'Spooner' folder, which can be found at: `rockstargames/grand theft auto v/menyoostuff/spooner`. 3. Start the game. Press the F8 key followed by F9. 4. Navigate to "manage saved files" in the menu. 5. Click on 'WorkingZone.xml'.
