Design & Customize US Neighborhoods: Districts & Textures

I wanted to make Los Santos feel more lively, as the rent signs everywhere made it seem empty. So I created a mod that replaces the rent sign texture with a welcoming "Neighborhood" sign and adds props like trees and cars for realism.

Version 2 improvements:

• Added a new district in an empty zone, transforming it into a beautiful neighborhood.
• Included smaller props like trash bins.
• Removed all rent signs from this map zone.

Known Bugs:

• The houses in the new district lack night lighting.
