The FIB building has been abandoned for years.

Requirements:

• Menyoo PC SP
• Open All Interiors

Files:

• fib.xml -> Menyoo
• water.xml -> OpenIV

Installation:

• Extract the fib.xml file to menyoostuff- Spooner.
• Launch GTA5.
• Open Menyoo - Manage saved file - Load xml file.

How to install water:

• Start OpenIV.
• Go to: /update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
• OR Go to: /common.rpf/data/levels/gta5
• Add the water.xml file by the file you just downloaded.
