Del Perro Pier Becomes Refuge for Survivors

This is the most impressive surviving base in Los Santos, situated on Del Piero pier! It has a single entrance point, providing excellent protection from many threats. You'll find three helicopters and plenty of cars and light vehicles at your disposal. For a closer look, check out the video.

Installation Instructions:

You will need the following to install this mod:

• ScriptHook
• ScriptHookV
• NativeUI
• Open IV (optional)
• MapEditor (required)

Download and open the file. Move the file to the root folder "PierBaseMod" in your GTA 5 game directory. Once in the game, press F7 and select "download". Then choose "XML", "search", and enter the name of the map - PierBaseMod. After loading the map, head to the lake (location shown in the screenshot).
