Del Perro / Equality Row Construction (Menyoo Script)

This isn't my first map mod project. A previous attempt called Project Revitalization ran into some problems and ultimately failed.

To get back in the swing of things, I've decided to create a small construction area along the Del Perro Freeway on-ramp.
