Installation instructions

1. Put the davis_pd file into Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Open openiv to enter edit mode, open the path Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3. Find the dlclist .xml file and add the code dlcpacks:/davis_pd/ to it

This is my first Chinese style police work, so it has a lot to be desired. If you find any deficiencies? Please reply in the comments section or in my group chat, I'll figure it out later.
