Install the requirements first and download the file. After downloading the mod, open the file and paste it inside the maps folder (create one if you don't have it).

-----HOW TO USE?-----
Press F7 on your keyboard. Go to Load MAP>File Chooser>maps>ZIBc or ZIBnp

-----!NOTE!-----
ZIBc.xml
This map mod has peds on the island and is recommended for medium to high-end PCs.

ZIBnp.xml
This map mod has no peds on the island and is recommended for low-end PCs.
