Add the file GALAXY Yacht Party.XML to the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner

Open meynoo and load the map:

Object Spooner\ Manage Saved Files\GALAXY Yacht Party\Teleport to Reference\ Load Placements.
