Hello friends! This mod introduces a brand new modern house design. I've always desired a contemporary home in this specific location because it offers breathtaking views from behind the house, providing a sense of real-life immersion. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

For ymap file installation:

1. Go to your downloaded "Modern House" mod folder.
2. Select both files and copy them.
3. Open OpenIV. Navigate to the following directory: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom_maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gtav/citye/maps/custom_maps.rpf.
4. Paste both files ("Modern House" and "Modern") into this directory.

Launch GTA V and enjoy!

Car mod credits go to their respective creators.

Bugs

I've frozen many doors for specific reasons. Apart from that, I haven't encountered any bugs. Please let me know if you find any.
