This is a real-life villa created within the GTA5 game.
Installation Instructions:
1. Launch OpenIV. 2. Drag and drop the "modern party villa" folder into this path:mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
3. Navigate to: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data, open the dlclist.xml file, and add the line provided within the zip (read me) file.
4. Ensure you have the latest version of Map Builder installed (required).
