Contemporary Estate

Welcome back! Thank you for the 1,000 downloads on my previous house design. This build will be featured on a fantastic RP server I manage. We have custom jobs, vehicles, weekly events (anyone can host!), track cars, drag and drift cars, and even police.

I also have my own Discord server where I share new ymaps periodically. Members get access to download XMLs of buildings for their use.

Most of my builds utilize props you may not have. Install "map builder" from gta5-hub.com/tools/map-builder for the props and correct loading.

Installation

Extract the YMAP from the folder and place it on your desktop.

Open OpenIV (install it if you haven't already).

[Make sure to enable edit mode!] Click update > x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf

Then drag and drop the YMAP into OpenIV.
