Connecting Liberty City and LS: Lassard Bridge Menyoo Mod 1.1

Menyoo Road

Description

Connecting Liberty City and LS: Lassard Bridge Menyoo Mod

This is my second bridge for the Liberty City Rewind add-on. I aimed to use Menyoo and its base props to create a visually appealing bridge. The result is the Lassard Bridge, named after renowned police commandant Eric Lassard. Unlike my previous Moses Pass bridge, this one starts in the South East of Los Santos, at the oil fields, and ends in the South West of Liberty City.

-Version 1.0 connects to Liberty City up to Liberty Rewind update 0.1

-Version 1.1 connects to Liberty City from Liberty Rewind update 0.2 (Liberty City's map location was slightly adjusted)

This mod is an xml-file created using Menyoo. Copy it to the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner/

To load the file, open Menyoo, navigate to Object Spooner, then "manage saved files" and select the Lassard Bridge file. Finally, choose "load placements".

IMPORTANT:

I've encountered issues loading Menyoo files exceeding 1400 objects; this file has approximately 1600. When loaded from Franklin's house, Menyoo might not load the final +/- 200 objects. Removing all objects and reloading often resolves this. Alternatively, get close to the Oil Fields before loading the xml-file for a seamless experience.

To verify full bridge loading:

  • After initial loading, revisit Object Spooner, go to "manage entity database", and scroll to the bottom. "(invalid)" indicates unloaded objects.
  • If invalid objects exist, remove ALL entities in Menyoo using the "removal" option in "Manage entity database".
  • Reload the xml-file using "load placements". It should load fully on the second attempt.
  • Failure to remove entities before reloading may result in a duplicated bridge, increasing prop count and invalid objects.

Please inform me if you encounter this issue or experience successful loading from any Los Santos location.
