Coastal Road Criminal Investigation
You will need the Map Editor created by Guadmaz.
Installation:
Drag and drop it into the main GTA 5 folder.
Launch the game: Press F7, then select "Load map", followed by "XML". Choose "Scene De Crime Ocean Highway".
