Installation

Copy "BeachHouse.xml" and drop it into the following location:

gta5 min folder - menyooStuff/Spooner Than drop "BeachHouse" there

Load gta5 then open the menyoo mod menu with F8. Go to object spooner, then manage saved files and press BeachHouse.xml. Then press load Placements.
