Installation:

Please read these instructions carefully!

Prerequisites:

• ScriptHook
• ScriptHook V.NET
• OpenIV
• MENYOO

Additionally, download and install the following:

• 1 And Panda Craft Mods
• 2 And DNX Generic Add-On Props
• 3 Map Builder 1.0

Installation Steps:

A] WATER

Before starting the game, open OpenIV and switch to edit mode. Navigate to: common.rpf/data/level/gta5.

Create a backup of water.xml in case of any issues, then replace it with the version included in the archive.

B] ADD-ON [ymap file] for the Island House map

Use OpenIV for this installation step.

Copy and paste the dlc folder "island house" to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks.

Finally, add "dlcpacks:/island house/" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV. The location is: mods update.rpf common data.

C] Using Menyoo for vehicles, cars, boats, submarines, and helicopters

Copy Vehicles Island House.xml from the archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.

Launch GTA5 and press F8 to open Menyoo. Select "ObjectSpooner," then "SavedFiles," and load Vehicles Island House.xml.

Changelog:

• V1.0: Created the Island house, but forgot to include the water.xml file in the mod
• V1.2: Added the Water.xml file.
• V1.3: Added a party with pedestrians, a large sea pool with a diving board and terraces to complete the garden.
• V1.4: Added numerous features:
• Added a new underwater house accessible via the underwater sports room or the sea. It includes a casino on the first floor, a living room with a 360-degree view under the sea on the second floor, and a bedroom.
• Replaced the underground swimming pool with a BMX ramp and a small cinema area. Added more space in the second sports room and a small basketball court with a bowling alley at the back.
• Added bikes for the ramp and new pedestrians for the underwater casino in the Menyoo file.
• V1.5: Added a bridge from the beach.
• V1.6: Added two beach areas on the sides of the island and adjusted the bridge to connect with the coast.
