Coastal Ranch Estate

I've created a safe and beautiful haven for you to enjoy! With agriculture, cars, motorcycles, and boats at your disposal, this location is perfect for both survival challenges in zombie mods and pure entertainment.

To install this map, you'll need:

• ScriptHook
• ScriptHookV
• NativeUI
• OpenIV
• MapEditor (essential)

Instructions:

1. Download and open the file.
2. Move the file to the root folder "RanchoOcean" in your GTA 5 game directory.
3. Once in-game, press F7 and select "download".
4. Choose "XML", then "search", and enter the name of the map - RanchoOcean.
5. After the map loads, head to the lake (shown in the screenshot).
