Coastal Franklin Workspace

This showcases Franklin's oceanfront office, built on a platform and accessible via an existing GTA 5 road. The office features distinct areas: a work area, a game zone, a reception desk, and Franklin's private office. I'm incredibly proud of this creation!

Please note that the map may take some time to load due to certain panels used in its design. For a visual preview, refer to the accompanying video and screenshots.

Installation Requirements:

• ScriptHookV
• ScriptHookV.NET
• NativeUI
• Object list 10k (essential)
• Open IV (optional)
• MapEditor 2.13 (essential)

Installation Instructions:

1. Download and open the file.
2. Move the file to the root folder "FranklinOffice" within your GTA 5 game directory.
3. Once in-game, press F7 and select "download".
4. Choose "XML", then "search", and enter the map name: "FranklinOffice".
5. After the map loads, proceed to the lake (location shown in the screenshot).
