Carefully follow these instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Your GTA5 Directory

If you don't have a "mods" folder in your GTA5 directory, create one. Move the original "common.rpf" file from your GTA5 main folder into this newly created "mods" folder.

Step 2: Install Necessary Software

Download and install ScriptHook V, ScriptHook V .NET, OpenIV, and Menyoo.

Step 3: Install the Main House Files (OpenIV Required)

Copy the "custom maps" folder and paste it into:

mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

Next, open "dlclist.xml" using OpenIV, and add the following line:

"dlcpacks: custom maps "

Save your changes to "dlclist.xml". You can find this file within:

mods\update\rpf\common\data

Alternative Installation Method (If You Already Have a "Custom Maps" Folder)

Navigate to:

mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\citye\maps\custom maps.rpf

Add the following files to this location:

• "beach design residence.ymap"
• "beach residence 2.ymap"
• "beach residence 3.ymap"
• "beach store.ymap"
• "[Addon].ymap" (Do not rename this file; OpenIV will handle the rest).

Step 4: Set Up Vehicle Access with Menyoo

Copy "Beach elevators vehicles.xml" from the archive and paste it into:

GTAV\menyooStuff\Spooner

Launch GTA5 and press F8 to open Menyoo. Select "Object Spooner," then "SavedFiles," and load "Beach elevators vehicles.xml". You will be teleported in front of the residence on the beach.
