Coastal Condo

This is a small beachfront apartment with everything you need.

Installation:

Carefully follow these instructions:

1. If you don't have a "mods" folder, create one and place the original "common.rpf" (located in your GTA5 main folder) inside.
2. Download and install: ScriptHook, ScriptHook V.NET, OpenIV, MENYOO, and Map Builder 4.0.

How to Install:

A] ADDON [ymap file]:

1. Use OpenIV for this step.
2. Copy the "custom maps" folder and paste it into: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
3. Open dlclist.xml using OpenIV (located at: mods>update.rpf>common>data) and add "dlcpacks: custom maps ".
4. Alternatively, if you already have a "custom maps" folder, navigate to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf and add the "beach appart.ymap" file.
5. Do not rename the "beach appart.ymap" file. OpenIV will handle the rest.

B] MENYOO [xml file]:

1. Copy "beach appart.xml" from my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
2. Launch GTA5 and press F8 to open Menyoo.
3. Select "ObjectSpooner", then "SavedFiles", and load "beach appart.xml".
4. You will be teleported in front of the apartment.
