Installation Instructions:

Copy the files from the RAR archive into your GTA V main directory.
Press F7 to open the Map Editor.
Within the Map Editor, navigate to "Load map" then "File Chooser" and select "Beach map.xml". Enjoy!

Note: This file can also be opened with Menyoo.
