Want to throw a party on my yacht? Come to Paleto Bay on the 23rd! VIP zone tickets cost $150 and there's free beer! (Apologies for any grammar errors)

Installation:

Place the "party.xml" file into the "menoostuff-spooner" folder. In the game, open Menyoo and teleport to the yachts heist location in Paleto Bay. Then load the file.
