This mod was inspired by a BMW commercial featuring an aircraft carrier with a race track.

Installation:

Place the xml file in: GTAV/menyooStuff/spooner Before teleporting to the map in Menyoo, navigate to teleportation/landmarks/aircraft carrier to load the boat.
