FiveM Installation:

Drag and drop the contents from the .zip into your resources folder. Then, copy the name of the file and in your server.cfg type ensure torture.

SP Installation:

Drag the torture file into your mods/x64/dlcpacks. Next, navigate to your mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml, right click and press edit while in edit mode. Finally add the line:
