Hey guys, Here's a mod featuring a small but luxurious home (the first of its kind in the home category that I've created). Hope you like it! If you enjoy it, give it a thumbs up.

Installation Instructions

* Copy "small house" and paste it into the gta v directory/menyoo/spooner/small house path. * Open the game, then open menyoo by pressing f8. * Navigate to object spooner/manage save file/ small house/ load placement. * You're done! You will be teleported to that location. Have fun!

Bugs

There are currently no bugs except for missing ped scenarios and door dynamic issues.

* Game version v1.41 * Menyoo (you can find it online) * Map builder community props (essential)
